Ever since James Carter created the original Texas Burger using his mother’s incredible recipe, our goal has been to share that very same, delicious hamburger with folks from near and far. Using Nolan Ryan’s fresh, never frozen, all-natural beef, we’ve been a popular East Texas stopping point for travelers and locals alike to enjoy a hearty meal. Our all beef, no bull patty lives up to the quality and taste that would surely make Mama Carter smile. Along with our famous burgers, we proudly serve malts and shakes made with Blue Bell ice cream -- it’s hard to get more Texan than that.
